AI & Power Platform Manager | UK | Up to £105,000

I’m working with a major technology consultancy that is significantly investing in its Data & AI practice, with a particular focus on the next generation of AI-powered Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

They’re looking for an experienced Manager who can operate at the intersection of AI, Power Platform, architecture and client delivery.

This is not a traditional Power Platform development role.

You’ll be working with senior clients to understand complex business problems, shape AI-led solutions and lead teams delivering scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex Power Platform and AI solutions
  • Work with clients to identify where AI and automation can fundamentally improve their organisations
  • Lead and mentor high-performing Power Platform / AI engineering teams
  • Shape technical approaches, architectures and delivery strategies
  • Work across Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
  • Contribute to propositions, pre-sales and the continued growth of the Data & AI practice
  • Act as a senior technical and strategic voice with enterprise clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Most importantly, you’ll have a strong track record across:
    • Power Platform + AI + Consulting + Leadership
  • I'm particularly interested in people who have worked with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure AI or AI-driven automation, and who can combine hands-on technical credibility with strong client leadership.
