We are looking for a Manager of Pre-Sales Solution Consultants to lead a team of technical pre-sales specialists, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and delivering high-quality customer solutions that drive commercial success.

Alongside coaching and developing the team, you will engage senior customer stakeholders on complex, high-value opportunities, providing technical leadership and executive-level support.
What You'll Do

- Act as a senior technical leader on complex, strategic and high-value opportunities, engaging with senior customer stakeholders, supporting Sales teams, providing escalation support, and ensuring the quality of bids, RFIs, RFPs, solution designs and technical responses.
- Establish and govern the Pre-Sales operating model, embedding consistent processes for opportunity qualification, technical discovery, solution validation, customer engagement, documentation, handover and pipeline reviews, while maintaining clear visibility of activity, risks, priorities and outcomes.
- Partner across Sky Business with Sales, Product, Commercial, Engineering, Tech Ops, PMO, Delivery and partner teams to ensure customer solutions are delivered seamlessly, while providing market insight, technical enablement and strategic support to customer-facing teams.
- Build future capability by developing team skills through coaching, mentoring and structured development, fostering continuous improvement, driving enhancements to tools and ways of working, and shaping the future role of Pre-Sales as Sky Business expands its Mid-Market and Enterprise ambitions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
