Overview

The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge products and services that help our customers. Focused on thinking big and scaling quickly around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Test & Learn

As a member of the Business Experimentation & Optimization Product Management team you’ll work on Test & Learn, an industry-leading experimentation platform which brings sophisticated analytic techniques to businesses and users around the world. Test & Learn development today spans front-end, analytic, and technical investments; we are rapidly building new products, improving existing products, and expanding the ways we deliver Test & Learn to our clients.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial transformation in support of broader product strategy - deeply understand our business and growth drivers. Partner with leadership to shape commercial strategy including GTM narratives and pricing strategy. Drive business outcomes in the form of new account acquisition and ARR growth.
  • Shape product positioning and market narratives – partner with marketing and sales to reposition the product value proposition. Define commercial acquisition and upsell funnel and key enablement strategies at each step. Be the expert on competitive dynamics and key market differentiators. Translate product roadmap into marketable, sellable assets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on GTM execution – Work alongside growth, marketing, sales, customer success and delivery teams to translate product and commercial strategy into commercial wins. Shape go to market narratives, navigate legal and contracting requirements, support enablement.

  • Prior Product strategy experience – Experience in product or similar roles. Ability to translate market signals, customer feedback, and leadership input into strategy. Experience working alongside engineering teams. Comfort effectively navigating complex and ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Commercial orientation – strong commercial acumen. Experience with market research and competitive landscape analysis. Familiarity with B2B sales environment, prior experience in go-to-market roles a plus.
  • Interpersonal skills - Bias for action, empathetic listener, adept in building strong trust-based relationships, coachable, and effective communicator up/down/across the organization.
