Pay Transparency:
The pay range for this role is: $103,600.00-$176,400.00/Annual
The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.
Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, “flexible time off” for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks’ vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

Job Details
Owns downstream marketing execution for specific solutions within Haemonetics Interventional Technologies (IVT), translating upstream product strategy and clinical evidence into compelling commercial content, field-ready tools, and go-to-market execution across global regions. Serves as the clinical, technical, and commercial subject matter expert for the IVT franchise, driving launch excellence for new products and indications, and ensuring every commercial touchpoint is clinically credible, competitively differentiated, and Agile-approved. Reports to the Director, Global Product Marketing.
Duties are listed in order of greatest importance. The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Own downstream marketing strategy and commercial content for the IVT franchise, ensuring alignment with upstream product management, clinical marketing, and commercial priorities across regions.
- Create and execute differentiated promotional and educational content and programs for the IVT franchise, optimizing channel mix across sales tools, events, and paid and owned media.
- Drive launch planning and execution for IVT product label expansions and new indications, from brief through Agile review to full field deployment.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for the venous closure segment, generating insights to inform IVT strategy and messaging.
- Monitor IVT product performance and gather field and customer feedback, partnering with Product Management on product improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Own conference content strategy and product demo approach for IVT in partnership with Marketing Communications.
- Lead voice of sales program for IVT, capturing structured field feedback on content gaps, competitive dynamics, and unmet commercial needs; translate insights into actionable marketing improvements.
- Partner closely with Product Management to ensure commercial readiness at every stage of the IVT product lifecycle, translating clinical evidence, product specifications, and market insights into compelling downstream messaging and field-ready content.
- Partner with international commercial and marketing teams to adapt IVT core content and messaging for regional market requirements and support regional go-to-market execution.
- Maintain effective relations with both internal and external customers.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree B.S.
EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years Product marketing or downstream marketing experience in medical device Required
- Demonstrated track record of leading product launches in a regulated environment, including content development and Agile/MLR review processes Required
- Prior people management experience with a record of developing high-performing marketing talent Required
- Experience marketing interventional cardiology, vascular, or structural heart products Preferred
SKILLS
- Strong commercial storytelling skills; ability to translate complex clinical data into crisp, field-ready messaging Proficient
- Proficiency in launch planning and cross-functional program management Proficient
- Experience building and managing agency relationships and marketing budgets Proficient
