SoSafe - Leading Human Risk Management Provider
SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is costing the world >$10 trillion annually and growing by 15% p.a. - we invite you to be part of the solution!
This role owns that story, and the model to deliver it. You will set the portfolio level messaging not as a collection of features or a list of releases, but as a category-defining platform with a clear point of view, govern the framework that ranks how releases go to market and personally oversee any flagship launches. You will deliver the market and competitive intelligence that keeps SoSafe’s positioning sharp, differentiated and leading. You will develop & manage a team of Sr PMMs focussed on segment-specific messaging and regular product releases.
At this level, you are expected to lead multiple workstreams and deliver high-value outcomes, challenge assumptions about what matters and where to focus, and develop the people and operating model beneath you. This is a role for someone who has done great PMM work and is ready to set the standard for others.
Location: Ireland, UK, or Germany (Remote)
The role has five core accountabilities, each is strategic in scope with direct accountability for commercial impact:
Portfolio Messaging & Category Narrative
Own the platform and category messaging architecture for SoSafe’s full portfolio. Define the headline story of what Human Risk Management means, why it matters and why SoSafe is the right answer. Translate into customer centric language articulating the pain we solve - prioritising outcomes and identity (not features). Maintain our story that we evolve as a living asset.
GTM Strategy and Launch Tiers
Set the GTM strategy for how we take our portfolio to market - covering launch prioritisation, channel strategy and the motions to drive adoption and expansion. Own the tiered launch framework and define criteria that determine tier - holding the process accountable to commercial outputs (not activity).
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Maintain a clear, current view of the competitive landscape, category evolutions, analyst opinions and buyer behaviour. Track win/loss by competitor and route actionable intelligence across the business. Provide market intelligence to influence roadmap conversations, messaging alignment and sharpen positioning to define where we lead.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
