PHD EMEA Business Unit, part of Omnicom Media (OM), is looking for a Brand Manager, Programmatic to join our central Digital Activation team for one of the world’s most iconic sportswear and fashion brands. Our clients turn to us for superior media strategy, deep insights, and flawless execution of their digital marketing campaigns. We are delighted to be appointed as HSBC’s agency of record for our media services, strategic thinking a year ago and are continuing our collaboration into 2025.

We help our clients use data from digital biddable channels to turn critical audience insights into action & move our clients’ businesses forward. Our Digital Marketing services include Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social, SEO, Display/Behavioural Targeting, Mobile Marketing, eComm search optimization, & more.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own programmatic campaign builds, including setup, quality assurance, and launch readiness.
  • Manage reach and frequency optimisation against campaign plans, identifying and flagging delivery risks early.
  • Oversee the quality of campaign execution, including trafficking, delivery monitoring, and digital quality governance.
  • Execute test-and-learn programmes and programmatic partnerships, ensuring activity aligns with agreed plans.
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for markets on brand campaign delivery.
  • Develop weekly performance reporting, providing clear insights and recommendations rather than simply reporting on results.
  • Work closely with Markets, Creative, and Ad Operations to manage asset trafficking and creative dependencies.
  • Translate communications strategies into effective activation plans, advising on audience segmentation, media quality, and platform selection.
  • Manage campaign trackers, activation documentation, and governance processes across your area of responsibility.
  • Pilot new brand formats and supply sources, measuring results against relevant benchmarks.
  • Stay up to date with developments across DSPs, premium publishers, and technology platforms, bringing new opportunities to the wider team.
  • Identify opportunities across online video, Connected TV, and emerging channels.
  • Support the onboarding and development of team members, sharing knowledge and best practice across the wider Hub.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on programmatic experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality brand campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll Ideally Have:

  • Experience in programmatic activation, including hands-on campaign build and optimisation.
  • Strong DV360 experience across display, online video, and Connected TV.
  • Experience delivering brand-focused programmatic campaigns, with an understanding of metrics including reach, frequency, attention, and wider brand outcomes.
  • Experience executing premium supply deals.
  • Working knowledge of brand suitability and verification tools such as IAS.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple markets and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of third-party tracking and ad tech.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence using Excel and interpreting campaign data.
  • Experience producing reporting that provides clear insight and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to flag risks and opportunities early.
  • Additional European language skills would be desirable but are not essential.
