Ready to lead high-impact transformation programmes while shaping client strategy and driving business growth? We’re hiring a manager to join a high-performing consulting team delivering complex change across multiple industries.

What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a manager

  • Leading large-scale transformation programmes and complex client engagements
  • Solving complex business problems and influencing strategic decision-making at senior levels
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Managing teams and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Driving business development activity, including contributing to and leading proposals and RFPs
  • Identifying growth opportunities within accounts and supporting wider practice development
  • Coaching and developing junior team members
  • Delivering measurable business outcomes for clients

About the Candidate

The right Manager should have:

  • 7–10 years’ experience in consulting, programme management, or transformation environments
  • Strong experience leading engagements and managing teams in a client-facing setting
  • Proven ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in business development and contributing to revenue growth
  • A track record of delivering complex programmes and driving business outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking
  • Experience building long-term client relationships and growing accounts
