About Our Client
Our client is a well-established real estate developer with an extensive portfolio of large-scale residential, mixed-use, and master-planned developments across the UAE.
Job Description
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, phases, or work packages, ensuring delivery in line with agreed programme, budget, quality, and technical requirements.
- Act as the key day-to-day project interface on site, managing and coordinating contractors, consultants, designers, and other project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support projects from early-stage planning and design through construction, testing, commissioning, handover, and defects liability, ensuring continuity across all stages.
- Develop and manage the project delivery strategy, programme, governance processes, and reporting frameworks, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to timely delivery.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders remain aligned on project objectives, responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor and manage construction progress on site, identifying programme delays, technical challenges, and delivery risks, and driving appropriate corrective actions.
- Manage quality assurance and QA/QC requirements across physical works, ensuring delivery complies with approved designs, specifications, industry standards, and project KPIs.
- Lead and participate in value engineering exercises, assessing alternative solutions to optimise cost, programme, and constructability while maintaining the required quality and design intent.
- Support procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors, including preparation of tender/shortlists, assessment of resources, and coordination of project requirements.

A successful Manager - Projects Delivery should have:
- Bachelor's in civil, engineering, or related fields
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- UAE experience is must for this role
- Experience of managing project delivery for multi-billion mixed-use projects
- Working with reputed contractors or developers in UAE
