Manager – Property & Construction Recruitment
Leeds / Hybrid
£50k–£60k basic + £100k+ OTE
We’re partnered with a highly respected Construction recruitment agency to appoint an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and grow a specialist division.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an ambitious Manager, Team Leader or Senior Consultant ready to take the next step, with autonomy, strong support and significant earning potential.
The Role
- Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing recruitment team
- Drive revenue, profitability and team performance
- Develop key client and candidate relationships
- Identify new business and market opportunities
- Build a high-performance culture and develop future talent

The Package
- £50k–£60k basic + £100k+ OTE

About You
You’ll have a proven track record in Property or Construction recruitment, with experience leading, mentoring or developing recruiters. You’ll be commercially driven, ambitious and passionate about building successful teams.
