Job Description

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our properties
  • Lead and supervise a team of site staff in the management and maintenance of our properties
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans
  • Review, formulate and develop strategies to ensure optimal and effective management of our properties
  • Carry out budget planning and monitoring, and manage cost control measures
  • Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs
  • Drive company culture and initiatives to the site team
  • Ensure the contractors / vendors complete repair and maintenance work as per contract requirements

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in related field
  • Good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
