Your Role & Accountabilities:

Lead the proposal workflow, assessing requirements and allocating resources across incoming bids, requests for proposals and strategic projects.

Manage selected high-profile or complex opportunities from planning through submission, maintaining clear timelines, quality standards and compliance.
-
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to the writing team, including setting priorities, giving constructive feedback and contributing to development plans.

Partner with Sales, Account Management, senior leaders and subject-matter experts to gather insight and develop tailored responses.

Maintain the response database and related content, ensuring information is accurate, current, accessible and easy to reuse.

Improve proposal templates, processes and governance to increase efficiency and consistency.

Translate client needs into differentiated solution narratives that reflect Cartus’s flexible mobility solutions and commitment to personalised support.

Apply data and technology to strengthen workflows, analyse opportunities for improvement and enhance the proposal experience.

Promote inclusive, respectful collaboration across internal teams and with external partners.

Who You Are:

A clear and persuasive communicator with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Organised and detail-oriented, with the judgement to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

A collaborative partner who can build trusted relationships with Sales, Account Management, subject-matter experts and senior leaders.

Comfortable providing constructive feedback, influencing decisions and supporting colleagues’ development.

Curious, adaptable and solutions-focused, with an interest in using technology and data to improve ways of working.

Committed to inclusive, respectful collaboration across cultures, teams and locations.
Experience You Need:
-
Significant experience writing, editing or managing business proposals, bids or RFP responses.
-
Experience leading a team, project group or cross-functional workstream.
-
Proven success managing complex projects, approval workflows and competing deadlines.
-
Experience producing accurate, tailored and compliant content for different audiences.
-
Working knowledge of proposal-management approaches and bid platforms.

Experience maintaining response libraries, content databases or knowledge-management resources.

Experience with relocation, talent mobility, corporate services or another client-focused environment is desirable.

APMP certification or another recognised bid, proposal or project-management qualification is preferred.

Experience with platforms such as Loopio, Arriba or Coupa would be an advantage.
-
Exposure to international programmes, diverse audiences or regulated procurement processes would be beneficial.
