We’re Looking for a Manager, Protective Services (EMEA)

We’re looking for a Manager, Protective Services (EMEA) to join our London team. This is a hybrid role (with up to 50% travel and required operational flexibility). In this role, you’ll build and own executive protection and physical security support across EMEA, fusing protective intelligence with logistics to ensure our leadership travels safely and seamlessly across complex international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Protective Services Team, sitting within Global Safety and Security. EMEA represents our highest concentration of offices and executive travel outside North America; this build mandate focuses on protecting executives, their families, and the operations supporting them. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Intelligence & Travel Logistics Fusion

  • Fuse intelligence products with operational logistics to design journey management plans, routing, lodging vetting, and pre-travel briefings for executive travel across EMEA.
  • Serve as the Detail Lead for executive movements into complex international markets, leading advance planning, route assessments, and on-the-ground protective coverage.

Protective Posture & Infrastructure

  • Help define and execute the long-term strategy for protective operations across EMEA, aligning regional standards, systems, and capabilities with the broader global program.
  • Conduct and oversee risk and vulnerability assessments for executive residences, facilities, and travel programs, converting findings into actionable security improvements.

Vendor Network & Operational Leadership

  • Build and maintain a vetted network of in-country security providers, medical support partners, fixers, and diplomatic contacts, while managing vendor budgets and performance.
  • Act as direct manager and point of escalation for Protective Services staff supporting EMEA operations, building and scaling team structure as the program expands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
