Summary
North Highland is hiring for a Manager to join our growing Public Sector Portfolio team, with a focus on Home & Foreign Affairs. This is a standout opportunity to take on a visible role within the Home & Foreign Affairs account leadership team, helping to shape and grow work with nationally significant clients. You’ll have the platform to accelerate your career, broaden your consulting impact, and contribute to meaningful change alongside talented, collaborative colleagues who are passionate about making a difference.
You Will
- Focus across business development, account growth, and complex solution delivery across North Highland’s Public Sector Portfolio, with a primary focus on Home & Foreign Affairs.
- Impact North Highland’s bottom line by building and leveraging client and team relationships that drive results and fuel growth.
- Sell and deliver solutions that provide real value to clients across North Highland’s range of practices: Org Strategy & Design, Change Management, Strategic Program Management, and Technology & Data.
- Play a central role in your team’s growth through coaching and constructive review of ongoing engagements.
- Nurture your interests with our training programme, which can be applied to development activities and growth projects.

Ideally, We'd Like
- Demonstrable management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience. Currently at Manager grade or equivalent. Previous experience working with Public Sector clients is required.
- Active SC clearance is required.
- Experience and expertise in Change Management, Strategic Program Management, or Op Model Transformation.
- A demonstrated track record of leading complex consulting workstreams, including roles that involved building and fostering relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience coaching and developing team members in ways proven to drive desired business impact.
- Experience contributing to business expansion opportunities within existing accounts and creating new business opportunities.
- Proposal development experience and a proven ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients.
