Today, we work with an exciting portfolio of content creators, streamers, gamers, app developers, and digital entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the financial side of building successful online businesses.
From YouTube and TikTok to Instagram and Twitch, our clients are redefining modern business—and we're looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to help them do it.

Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service while acting as a trusted adviser throughout their business journey.
You'll:
- Manage your own portfolio of creator and digital media clients, building long-term trusted relationships.
- Review accounts, tax returns, and financial information, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
- Provide proactive business, accounting, and tax advice that helps clients grow and achieve their goals.
- Support clients with day-to-day financial queries, translating complex information into practical, straightforward advice.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, reviewing work and supporting their professional development.
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and work collaboratively with specialists across the wider Carpenter Box Group.
- Play an active role in delivering an outstanding client experience and contributing to the continued growth of StarBox.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with a genuine passion for building client relationships.
You'll ideally have:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or be qualified by experience).
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients within practice.
- Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and taxation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience reviewing the work of others and supporting junior colleagues.
- An interest in the digital, creative, or media sectors would be a real advantage, but isn't essential.
