ROLE OVERVIEW

The Regional Maintenance Manager EMEAA is a regional strategic leader and business partner, accountable for defining, governing, and delivering the Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) strategy across the EMEAA region.

Operating across 11 facilities and multiple sterilization modalities (EO, Gamma, E-Beam), the role balances short-, medium-, and long-term asset considerations to ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and predictable operations. The position serves as the single regional point of accountability for asset reliability and unplanned downtime performance, aligning Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Regional Maintenance & Reliability Strategy

  • Define, own, and continuously evolve the EMEAA Maintenance & Reliability strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Apply risk-based and scenario-driven decision-making to anticipate asset, capacity, and reliability risks.
  • Translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps, prioritized initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide governance to ensure consistent execution across all facilities.

Asset Lifecycle Stewardship

  • Own execution of the regional Asset Management Plan across all sites and modalities, ensuring maintenance and reliability activity is delivered against it.
  • Lead asset lifecycle risk management, balancing near-term performance with long-term sustainability.
  • Play the lead role in identifying, quantifying, and highlighting CapEx requirements across the region, to contribute to capital planning and prioritisation.
  • Partner with Finance, Facilities, Procurement, and Engineering to develop robust business cases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
