The UK's intercity coach market has been revolutionised by Flixbus. We are now looking to expand our strong, dynamic, and ambitious team. To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d). On this role, you’ll drive the performance of our UK coach network by working directly with bus partners, drivers, and operational stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery. This role blends hands-on operational coordination with data-driven decision-making to strengthen network resilience and customer experience. Ideal for someone with transport or mobility industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, partner-facing environment.

This position will be based in London.

About the Role

  • Partner Support & Relationship Management: Support the implementation and upholding of Flix standards with bus partners, both onboard the vehicle and within the driving team.
  • Operational Coordination & Support: Own and drive operational performance across nominated bus partners, ensuring coach services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets, deriving and presenting insights about bus partner operational performance.
  • Reporting & Performance Planning: Build reports and monitor the quality of our bus partners, driving network quality through a deep understanding of our data and service performance.
  • Product & Process Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in our customer-facing product and build business cases for feature development.
  • Onboarding & Training: Support bus partners in their operational staff and driver training, ensuring drivers contribute to a great Flix experience for passengers.
  • Customer Experience & Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints, liaising with the Flix customer service team to improve processes and enhance the experience for customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
