Manager - Regulatory Due Diligence & M&A (12-Month FTC)
A leading London based regulatory consultancy is looking for an experienced Manager to join its Investments team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on role supporting regulatory due diligence and M&A activity across the investments, financial planning, wealth management, and pensions sectors. You'll work on a range of projects including due diligence reviews, regulatory workstreams, integrations, operational readiness, and post-deal implementation support.

What we're looking for
- Experience operating at Manager level within consulting, compliance, risk, or regulatory change
- Exposure to M&A transactions within financial services or similar due diligence exercises
- Experience supporting regulatory due diligence, integration projects, or regulatory workstreams
- Strong understanding of FCA-regulated environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality project outputs
