About The Role
PwC is growing its Responsible AI practice in the UK to meet increasing client demand. As a Manager, Responsible AI Consultant, you’ll join a collaborative team helping organisations adopt artificial intelligence in a trusted, ethical and compliant way.
You’ll lead client workstreams, translate regulation into practical governance, policies and controls, and embed trust by design across the AI lifecycle, including generative and agentic AI. The role is based in [insert locations], with hybrid working and travel to client sites as required.
This role suits someone with consulting leadership and AI governance expertise who enjoys solving challenges in a fast-moving practice.

You’ll help clients manage AI risks and implement governance that supports safe, compliant and scalable adoption.
- Lead Responsible AI workstreams, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Assess AI use cases, systems and controls, identifying governance and risk gaps.
- Translate regulations and standards into practical guidance and evidence.
- Collaborate with data, engineering and cyber teams and coach junior colleagues.
This Role Is For You If
- You have led consulting workstreams across AI, technology, risk or transformation.
- You have practical experience in AI governance, model risk, data governance, compliance or assurance.
- You understand the EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
- You can assess model documentation, testing outputs and control designs.
- You can explain technical AI risks and mitigations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You understand generative AI risks, guardrails, monitoring and human oversight.
