About the Team
The Revenue Strategy & Enablement team at Airwallex powers our commercial engine, equipping sales and commercial teams to succeed in a fast-paced global market. By working closely with commercial leaders, product marketing, and cross-functional partners, this team designs world-class enablement programs, content, and training.
The mission is to accelerate revenue growth by empowering and coaching teams—across both core and new products, in every region we serve—with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to be productive quickly.
What You’ll Do
Airwallex is looking for a commercially savvy operator with experience in enablement, new product launches, and market expansion to boost our EMEA growth.
You will:
- Design & execute high-impact revenue-driving strategies at the intersection of Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, and Commercial.
- Partner with Commercial & Revenue Strategy leaders to prioritise the highest-leverage enablement initiatives that drive growth at every stage of the funnel.
- Translate GTM priorities into clear, actionable enablement programs that strengthen sales execution for both core and new products.
- Develop & deliver onboarding, product training, and enablement experiences that align with commercial goals and accelerate time-to-profitability.
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable content, AI tools, and systems (in collaboration with Revenue Operations) to enhance represent effectiveness and deal velocity.
- Foster a cohesive commercial rhythm, including Sales Kick-Offs (SKO), training calendars, and feedback loops.
- Analyse funnel performance and sales data to identify gaps, guide enablement priorities, and refine coaching strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation (or ambition) in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Payments, who combines strategic foresight with operational execution and content excellence.

Responsibilities
Core Duties
- ✔ Partner with Revenue & Commercial leaders to design and prioritise high-impact enablement initiatives.
- ✔ Transform GTM vision into actionable enablement programs—boosting execution across all product lines.
- ✔ Conduct and continually improve powerful onboarding, targeted learning paths, and performance coaching aligned to business objectives.
- ✔ Innovate by introducing scalable AI solutions and engaging content tools to amplify sales performance.
- ✔ Work closely with Revenue Operations to build and refine-mechanisms enabling faster decision-making (e.g. Sales Enablement platforms, CRM integrations, and learning management systems).
- ✔ Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to optimize commercial operations and culture.
- ✔ Leveraging data and sales analytics to pinpoint performance gaps—and design tailored fixes.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications (Non-negotiable requirements)
✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Enablement, Client Success, Content Creation, or a similar field, preferably within financial services. ✅ Tangible record of success from past engagements—co-creating programs that improve commercial team performance. ✅ Experience tailoring sales training, onboarding, and enablement content for distinct commercial teams. ✅ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional groups. ✅ Proven track record of carrying high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining uncanny organization and prioritisation. ✅ High degree of ownership and tenacity to be your own self-builder—driven by curiosity to uncover causes of challenges and disrupt inefficiencies. ✅ Ability to coach and develop commercial talent through structured feedback, call coaching, and manager development initiatives. ✅ Eyes for detail paired with a “do what it takes” attitude to turn high-quality projects (even complex, tech-specific) into reality. ✅ Proficiciency in Salesforce (or alternatives) and modern Tech Stacks: Gong, Outreach, Highspot, LMS platforms, and AI-powered tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves)
✔ Past experience in a high-growth fintech or technology platforms (foundations, customers, or operations). ✔ Direct work with EMEA sales teams or a demonstrated understanding of trading in the European markets. ✔ Experience implementing and scaling AI-embedded sales tools and workflows, such as Flashcard AI or similar. ✔ Strong programmatic grasp of how to measure enabling effectiveness, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement iterative improvements. ✔ Multilingual skills: Fluency in English plus French, German, Spanish, or Dutch for immersive commerce engagement.
