We want all our people to be as successful as they can be, to reach their full potential. We want to positively impact the world, whether that be with our Do Good and Do Great community involvement, or through employing sustainable business practice and socially responsible operations. How we continue this journey is down to our 3,000 strong global team, across our brands (UGG, HOKA, Teva and Koolabura by UGG). No matter where you are based within our team, we are committed to helping our people thrive. We will offer you a generous employee benefits package, as well as health, wellness, and career development support.

The Role:

You’ll develop strong cross-functional collaboration in the UK to deliver brand plans, profitable growth, effective sell-in, and sustainable account performance. As a people manager, you’ll lead, coach, and develop direct reports, set clear objectives, and foster a high-performing, accountable, and inclusive team culture.

Your Impact:

  • Own the end-to-end key account management strategy for designated partners, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across buying, sales, merchandising, logistics, and marketing
  • Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets while protecting brand margin across all assigned accounts
  • Prepare strategic account plans and deliver seasonal range sell-in to existing and prospective partners
  • Manage forward-order and in-season business through close analysis of sell-through, inventory, availability, and forecasts
  • Drive impactful marketing concepts with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on digital awareness and performance marketing
  • Visit accounts regularly and build relationships from store teams through to managing directors
  • Maintain brand visibility, product standards, assortments, point-of-sale execution, and appropriate stock packages
  • Prepare sales reports, sell-through insights, forecasts, and market intelligence for sales leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Customer Service to secure the correct order book, manage timelines and stock levels, and take corrective action where required
  • Participate in business projects and support the ongoing development of the wider sales team
  • Lead and manage direct reports through objective setting, regular coaching, performance feedback, development planning, and effective workload prioritization

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
