Job Title: Manager, Sales Operations Business Partner - UK (Maternity Cover)

Position Description

We are seeking a highly driven and collaborative Sales Operations Business Partner to join our EMEA GTM Operations team for a 1-year maternity cover. Acting as the primary operational business partner for the UK sales leadership, you will play a critical role in driving growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration within one of most vital markets. This role will report directly to the Head of GTM Strategy and Operations in EMEA.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by change, naturally curious, and possesses keen attention to detail. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring our UK sales team operates with maximum efficiency and rigour. We are looking for an experienced individual who can hit the ground running and seamlessly navigate different levels of the organisation—from daily interactions with account executives to strategic planning with the regional VP. The position will be based ideally in London (or Dublin), operating on a hybrid model with two days a week in the office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as a Trusted Business Partner: Serve as the primary strategic and operational advisor to the UK sales leadership team, translating business objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Lead Annual GTM Planning: Drive the end-to-end regional annual planning cycle for the UK, including sales capacity planning, territory design and build, and quota allocation to ensure optimal market coverage.
  • Drive Growth and Operational Excellence: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, remove friction in the sales cycle, and build integrated plans across sales, marketing, and partnerships to expand our UK footprint.
  • Manage the Operating Rhythm: Establish and govern a rigorous sales cadence. Run critical weekly, monthly, and quarterly processes including pipeline generation reviews, forecast calls, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Utilise Salesforce (SFDC), Anaplan, and other reporting tools to analyse the health of the business. Provide actionable transparency into pipeline, forecast accuracy, and key performance indicators (lead and lag metrics).
  • Champion AI and Innovation: Identify and implement ways to utilise AI tools and new technologies to drive operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and surface deeper analytical insights.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively work to align Sales with Marketing, SDRs, Alliances, and Customer Success to ensure a frictionless go-to-market motion and strong customer lifecycle management.
  • Adapt and Thrive in Change: Lead through ambiguity and fast-paced market shifts, helping the UK business pivot strategies when necessary while maintaining high operational standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
