You will work closely with our Presales, Solutioning, Consulting, and Delivery teams to create compelling business outcomes for customers.

You will be responsible for driving growth within existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong executive relationships and position the full breadth of DXC's capabilities to deliver measurable value to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed sales targets, contributing to DXC's growth objectives across the UK and EMEA region.

  • Lead opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, utilizing structured sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Establish trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with industry leaders, technical specialists, solution architects, and alliance partners to develop winning solutions.
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across DXC's service portfolio.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of DXC offerings, market trends, industry challenges, and competitive positioning.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through regular business reviews and governance processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
