About the job

andBloom is an independent, client-side advisory firm on large SAP S/4HANA transformations. We are the programme partner, not the delivery partner. When a transformation is in trouble, we are the people in the room whose only agenda is the client's.

We are growing fast, and we are hiring a Manager to help run the work and grow with the practice. This one is for the doers who think. If you like being the person who actually makes a programme move, who can facilitate a room, chase down the truth in a status report, and keep a System Integrator honest, keep reading.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping organisations deliver and assure transformation across Finance and Supply Chain, with ERP as the enabler and honest assurance as the point. Green is a colour, not a fact, and part of your job is knowing the difference. Joining a start-up means the ceiling is high and the map is yours to help draw. You will own real work from day one, and grow as fast as we do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Location: London or Germany, with travel between the two.

Language: German to workshop-facilitation level is essential. You can plan and run a client working session in German, not just follow one.

What you'll do

  • Support programme assessments and health checks across every stage of S/4HANA transformation, gathering the evidence and drafting findings that people actually act on
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions, in English and German, that drive alignment, decisions, and action
  • Coordinate workstream activity, tracking dependencies, actions, risks, and milestones across internal, client, and third-party teams including System Integrators
  • Produce the delivery backbone: status reports, PMO packs, RAID logs, plans, and programme documentation
  • Run day-to-day delivery on client engagements, keeping workstreams on plan and escalating early when they are not
  • Build trusted relationships with client-side teams, PMOs, and delivery partners
  • Support business development through research, proposal input, and client materials
  • Contribute to andBloom's tools, templates, and ways of working as we grow
