What you'll do...

Join Walmart as a Manager, Strategic Account Management, Marketplace Europe and play a key role in accelerating the growth and success of European sellers across Walmart’s global marketplaces.

In the past two years, we have seen promising growth from sellers based in the UK, Europe and Türkiye selling on our marketplaces in the US, Canada and Mexico. To support this growth, we have opened an office in London to provide better, localized support to sellers and accelerate their success on Walmart Marketplace.

As Manager, Strategic Account Management, you will be responsible for growing and developing a portfolio of high-value Marketplace sellers. You will build trusted relationships with sellers, understand their businesses and develop growth strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes for both the seller and Walmart.

You will use data and insight to identify opportunities, diagnose performance challenges and translate them into clear actions. Working closely with teams across Marketplace, Operations, Product and Support, you will help sellers navigate complexity, resolve challenges and take advantage of Walmart’s broader capabilities, including Walmart Fulfilment Services and Walmart Connect.

You will combine strong commercial judgement with a seller-first mindset, balancing seller advocacy with Walmart's business objectives and building partnerships designed for long-term growth.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

  • You have experience managing strategic, enterprise or high-value customer relationships in eCommerce, Marketplace or a related commercial environment.
  • You have a track record of delivering measurable commercial growth through strong account management and business planning.
  • You build trust quickly and are comfortable developing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • You are highly data driven and use performance metrics, analytics and insights to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • You remain calm and effective when dealing with ambiguity, competing priorities and difficult situations.
  • You take ownership of problems and proactively drive them through to resolution.
  • You demonstrate strong commercial judgement and know when to advocate, challenge or find a pragmatic solution.
  • You are comfortable influencing across teams and functions without relying on formal authority.
  • You think beyond short-term transactions and look for opportunities to create sustainable value for sellers, customers and Walmart.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and consistently follow through on commitments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
