As a Manager in our team, you will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions to our Financial Services clients. We are seeking professionals with experience in one of the following core domains within Technology Strategy and Transformation:
- Agile Ways of Working: Assist in designing and implementing agile operating models, enabling clients to embrace new ways of working and foster a culture of innovation. This includes supporting agile transformations, implementing DevOps practices, and optimising team structures.
- Technology Modernisation/Future: Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and strategies, helping clients leverage emerging technologies such as cloud, AI, and blockchain to modernise their technology landscape and achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Leading client engagement teams or workstreams through delivery leadership or business analysis
- Conduct research and analysis to understand client challenges and opportunities.
- Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support the design and implementation of solutions, working collaboratively with client teams.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Skills:
- Project / Programme delivery experience both in waterfall and agile methodologies
- Business analysis / functional development of requirements gathering, user stories elaboration, etc.
- Agile ways of working through coaching or mentoring in SCRUM or KANBAN
- PMO / Value Management Office
- Operating Model Design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in technology consulting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus. Knowledge of agile methodologies, emerging technologies, or TBM is also beneficial.

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). You’ll be based in London, Belfast, Edinburgh, or Manchester with hybrid working.
