We are now looking for a Manager, Senior Manager or Director with strong Financial Services consulting experience to join our growing UK Financial Services team.

How You Will Create Impact

As Senior Manager or Director, you will be leading our consulting projects in this specialist area

  • Alongside project delivery, you will have the opportunity to be involved in business development activities, working alongside sector colleagues
  • Once fully on-boarded, you will be managing one to two project teams and handling client relationships under the guidance of Partners and/or Senior Directors
  • You will be creating content and assisting in client acquisition and retention, to help continue the growth of our FS practice across commercial banking
  • You will be sharing your specialist knowledge with our early career hires, developing them as professionals and supporting them to develop FS sector exposure and knowledge

Your Profile

  • Substantial work experience in consulting or in-house product/commercial strategy roles in Banking, Payments or Wealth Management
  • 2+ years of leading and managing teams alongside senior stakeholder relationships, including cultivating trusted client relationships
  • Experience in managing consulting projects concurrently
  • Proven track record of assisting impactful business development activities
  • Exceptional project management skills and motivation to build and support high performing teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial, curious and with a commitment to delivering for clients
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling
  • A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment
  • Strong interest and experience in commercially focused growth topics
  • Ability to develop and deliver new thought leadership in collaboration with peers in the Financial Services practice
