About the Role
As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join our People Team, focused on delivering and evolving our global compensation, benefits and reward programmes.
Supporting approximately 750 employees across 22 countries, this is a genuinely international role spanning APAC, Europe, North America and the UK. Working closely with the Associate Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations, you will help shape reward programmes that attract, retain and motivate talent, while ensuring they remain competitive, equitable and commercially sustainable.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing global compensation and benefits programmes across multiple countries.
- Leading annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, promotions and reward planning activities.
- Conducting compensation benchmarking, job evaluation and reward analysis to support business decisions.
- Managing benefits renewals and relationships with external providers and brokers.
- Partnering with Finance, HR, Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams on reward strategy, governance and budgeting.
- Developing and improving reward policies, processes and reporting to support a growing international organisation.
- Providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on compensation, benefits and reward-related matters.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded professionals who are passionate about improving employee experiences and driving organisational success through effective reward programmes.
Qualifications
- Relevant HR, Reward, Compensation & Benefits or related qualification (preferred)
- Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD) (advantageous but not essential)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience in compensation, benefits or Total Rewards within a multinational organisation.
- Exposure to supporting multiple countries and navigating different reward frameworks and market practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in benchmarking, salary reviews, budgeting or reward reporting.
- Experience partnering with internal stakeholders to influence reward-related decisions.
- A track record of taking ownership, making recommendations and driving improvements.
- Experience with sales incentives, pay equity, pay transparency or reward technology would be advantageous.
- Learning agility and ‘scalability’, with a desire to continuously improve and develop as ADVANZ PHARMA grows.
- Work collaboratively across all business functions with an open, honest, and respectful cooperation.
