Position Overview

We're seeking a Manager, Social Analytics to lead social analytics for the region, reporting into the Sr. Director, Social Analytics. This role blends deep social media fluency with 2026-caliber analytics and a genuine curiosity for AI-powered workflows, pairing solid data fundamentals with a growing use of AI agents to surface what matters faster. You'll manage a stakeholder group spanning regional and global partners, translating fast-moving social signal into action for all of them.

This posting covers two open roles on the team — one focused on UK/DACH/France and one on Growth Markets — both identical in scope, requirements, and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Analytics: Lead reporting and insights across all social media activity (organic, earned, influencer, and paid) for the region; quantify what drives virality, and raise the odds of it happening.
  • Regional Market Focus: Serve as the primary analytics partner for the region, bringing analytical rigor and scalable social measurement. Partner closely with regional social, marketing, and agency leaders.
  • AI-Driven Insight Generation: Direct the use of AI agents against social and marketing data to surface signal faster — orchestrating intelligent tools against good data, not manual reporting.
  • Make Data Actionable: Provide fast, actionable analysis to inform regional growth and the next viral SharkNinja product.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the go-to analytics partner across a broad and growing set of stakeholders — regional social and marketing leaders, creative, agencies, and senior leadership — managing competing priorities with clarity and poise.
  • KPI Development: Cut through the noise of vanity metrics and define clear, outcome-oriented KPIs — metrics that ladder up to what we're actually here to do: sell products, yes, but more specifically, delight the consumers who use them.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver tailored, action-oriented reporting for regional and global stakeholders, automating recurring outputs where possible.
  • Best Practices & Benchmarks: Conduct rapid analyses to establish benchmarks and evolve measurement approaches for the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
