Are you passionate about gaming and experienced in building strategic partnerships that drive real business growth?

We're supporting a global technology organisation that is shaping the future of gaming, digital communities, and immersive social experiences. They are looking for an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join their Gaming Partnerships team, working with some of the most influential developers and publishers across the EMEA region.

This is a highly visible role where you'll act as a trusted partner to gaming companies, helping them grow their presence on major digital platforms while influencing internal teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for partners.

You'll spend your time building relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, analysing performance trends, championing partner needs internally, and driving adoption of new products and features.

We're looking for someone who understands the gaming ecosystem, can confidently engage with developers and executives, and enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
