Role: Strategic Partnership Development Manager – Creator Ecosystem

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, Tuesday–Thursday)

Contract Duration: 2nd November – Mid-July 2027

Salary: £81,993 per year

Language Requirements: Fluent Turkish (MUST) & Professional English

Travel: Periodic travel to Turkey required

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Manager to lead, develop, and nurture our creator community in Turkey. In this high-impact, partner-facing role, you will empower Turkish creators to succeed on YouTube by delivering data-driven content strategies, building strategic relationships at scale, and project managing major partner events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Success & Strategy: Partner directly with Turkish creators to build custom content strategies and drive content development, helping them grow their audience and succeed on YouTube.
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Deep-dive into our company's analytics and channel performance metrics to provide actionable insights and guidance to creators.
  • Community & Product Adoption: Drive and optimize product adoption, membership growth, and community engagement across the Turkish creator ecosystem (key performance evaluation metrics).
  • Event Project Management: Lead the project management of large-scale creator events. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing teams and external third-party agencies—handling proposals, approvals, and execution.
  • Scaled Partner Management: Manage relationships at scale across diverse creator backgrounds. Comfortably handle conflict resolution, complaints, and varying communication styles with high diplomacy.
  • Cultural Guidance: Leverage a understanding of Turkish culture, digital trends, and consumer behavior to effectively guide partners

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Language & Mobility: Native Turkish speaker (MUST) with full professional English proficiency. Willingness to travel to Turkey during the assignment.
  • Partnership Experience at Scale: Proven track record in partner development, creator management, or account handling at scale within globally recognized companies (e.g., major social platforms, creative/media agencies, or top global brands targeting influencers).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze complex platform data/metrics and translate them into clear growth opportunities for creators.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Strong experience managing cross-functional projects, managing approvals, prioritizing resources, and coordinating third-party agencies.
