Manager Strategy – Social Media Consulting (m/f/x)| Pulse Advertising
The Role

As Manager Strategy at Pulse Advertising, you’ll lead the development of bold, insight-driven social media, influencer, and paid social strategies for a diverse portfolio of global clients. Determined by robust data, AI, and culture*—your work won’t just target audiences, it will drive measurable impact that actually moves brands forward.
Your Tasks
- Own brand, digital, and social media strategies from initial benchmarking and insight through to client presentation and execution handover.
- Serve as a **trusted strategic partner, advising clients on social media, influencer marketing, creative, and integrated communications—with pitch-perfect adaptability to market nuances, cultural context, and local consumer insights.
- Leverage social listening, audience segmentation, and trend analysis using tools like GWI, Brandwatch, Audiense, Pulsar, or B4P to deliver sharp, actionable recommendations tailored to client goals.
- Develop creator, influencer, and UGC strategies across industries, including FMCG, retail, automotive, luxury, and tech.
- Contribute to pitch and new business winning, combining strategic rigor with quick creative thinking and a confident, differentiated point of view.
- Collaborate closely with Client Services, Paid Media, and Data teams to ensure cohesive, executable strategies across regional markets.

What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years in an agency strategy role, specialising in social media or digital marketing—with diverse industry experience (geoness, high-growth success? Prove it).
🔍 Deep expertise in the creator economy
- Mastery of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms—plus a nuanced understanding of market-driven behaviour and cultural differences.
- Extract sharp strategic insights from consumer data, platforms, and macro trends—in fluent long-form and at peak speed.
🤖 Agile ally to AI
- Demystifies AI marketing tools and elevates their value in strategy, recommendations, and creative problem-solving.
- Moves beyond quick wins—data + insights = human-connection strategies.
🎯 Local swan/speedboat hybrid
- Creative agility: ability to ideate and pivot inside client conversations, not just "outside" the deck.
- E-from-minute sit-ups: English fluency mandatory; German, French or Italian a huge plus.
