Manager, Strategy & Activation

Full Time or Freelance: We are looking for both so if you are interested in either read on!

Salary: £41K

Essential: Amazon DSP and/or Sponsored Ads Experience

Hybrid Working Model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote working

Start Date: Immediate for Freelancers, September for Permanent


Our client is a marketing agency. They're growing, they're transparent (you'll actually see the numbers), and they're looking for a Manager to join their Strategy & Activation team.

What you'll own:

  • Day-to-day client contact.
  • Cross-channel media plans and brief responses.
  • Campaign execution and optimisation across the buying platforms.
  • Insight and analysis across Display, Video, Social, Search, Audio and OOH.
  • Relationships with partners like Google, Meta, and Amazon.
  • Coaching Analysts as they grow.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years hands-on in-platform experience, across at least 2 of: programmatic display, video, paid search, paid social.
  • Amazon DSP and/or Sponsored Ads experience - essential.
  • Digital planning background (agency, client, or DSP side).
  • A genuine passion for digital media and technology.
  • Sharp client instincts and an analytical mind.
  • Coaching or line management experience is a plus.
