Manager – Strategy Consulting (Technology, Media & Telecommunications)
Join a fast-growing international strategy consultancy that partners with leading organisations across the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector to solve complex commercial challenges. As a Manager, you'll lead strategic engagements, work directly with senior executives and investors, and play a key role in delivering commercially focused solutions that drive lasting business value.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead multiple strategy consulting engagements, taking responsibility for successful project delivery from inception through to completion.
- Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality analysis, structured problem solving and outstanding client outcomes.
- Advise C-suite executives, investors and senior stakeholders on complex strategic and commercial decisions.
- Shape growth strategies, market entry plans, digital transformation initiatives and operating model improvements.
- Lead commercial due diligence and value creation projects for private equity clients.
- Develop robust financial models, business cases and executive-level recommendations.
- Facilitate senior stakeholder interviews, workshops and board presentations.
- Translate complex analysis into practical, actionable strategies with measurable commercial impact.
- Coach and develop consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client relationship management and thought leadership initiatives.

Main Skills Needed
- 5–8 years' experience within a recognised strategy consultancy, advisory firm or commercial strategy function in the TMT sector.
- Strong expertise across telecommunications, digital infrastructure, technology, software, AI, media or private equity-backed businesses.
- Proven experience leading complex strategy projects and managing client relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in market analysis, growth strategy, financial modelling and business case development.
- Experience delivering commercial due diligence, operating model transformation or large-scale strategic programmes.
- Confident leading teams, managing multiple workstreams and delivering projects to demanding timelines.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce compelling executive-level presentations.
- Outstanding communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
