Invitation: MTN Recruitment Summit – London (May 11th & 12th)

We are currently seeking talented Congolese professionals based in London (or able to attend) to join us for an exclusive, invite-only MTN Recruitment Summit taking place on May 11th and 12th in London.

Location: Abidjan

Implement talent management and learning strategies to support MTN’s performance, leadership development and employee growth.

  • Drive talent identification and succession planning
  • Design and implement learning programs
  • Manage leadership development initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units

Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Psychology or related
  • 4+ years in HR / talent development
  • Experience in multinational environments
  • Strong stakeholder and project management
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and learning systems
