Job Description
Overview
This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's distribution, sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions!
As Manager, Distribution Performance Optimization, you will support the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth.
On the Global Distribution team reporting to the Senior Director, Distribution Strategy EMEA, you will support the execution of the global distribution strategy primarily in Europe, Middle East, and Africa with exposure to some global initiatives.
Responsibilities
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Serve as EMEA’s third-party channel optimization expert, integrating distribution initiatives and a team into broader commercial strategies to optimize channel mix, improve program efficiency, and drive incremental value.
- Lead, assess, and communicate regional strategy on the strategic, self-service use of third-party channel levers and tactics, including the Elevate platform.
- Analytically storytell complex projects and campaign updates to both Hilton and external stakeholders in the form of presentations, webinars, and reporting to drive actionable recommendations.
- Proactively identify performance recommendations through continuous analysis of internal dashboards, scorecards, market research, channel extranet tools, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with cross-regional teams to test, launch, and optimize EMEA utilization of new partnerships, program enhancements, and evolving technologies.
How You'll Collaborate With Others
- Work with internal teams, including Commercial, Analytics, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and Brand, among others, to drive commercial initiatives.
- Own ongoing relationship management with regionally relevant channel contacts and align with external vendors and third-party channels to coordinate and advance relevant priorities.

- End-to-end regional campaign management of OTA channel marketing programs (via Hilton Elevate), report generation and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and hotel consultation.
- Drive performance optimization for key EMEA segments, including new hotels, emerging brands, and commercial need markets.
Qualifications
Success in this role will depend on your ownership mindset and your passion for navigating a fast-paced, complex global environment.
You will bring a highly analytical and detail-focused work ethic with a strong command of effective communication, data analysis, and business acumen.
You will also bring project management experience, a commercial mindset, a drive to innovate, and a hunger to improve scalable business processes.
You Will Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in role-relevant fields, including third-party distribution, digital advertising, hotel revenue management, sales, or marketing
- Experience leading people and projects in global, matrixed cross-functional teams
- Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint
- Work a hybrid office schedule out of Watford, UK (2 days per week in office)
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time.
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- BA / BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience developing analytical dashboards, stakeholder updates, and corporate presentations
