Poland, Łódź / UK, Haddenham / France, Avignon/ Netherlands / China / India (role to be filled in one of these locations)

This is a unique opportunity to join McCormick at an exciting time and play a key role in the integration with Unilever Foods.

We are looking for a Manager, Total Rewards Integration (APAC & EMEA) to act as a regional subject matter expert supporting Total Rewards integration activities across APAC and EMEA. In this role, you will partner with internal teams and external providers to support country-level analysis, integration planning, Day 1 readiness and implementation, as well as post-Day 1 harmonization.

You will help translate integration design decisions into practical implementation plans, readiness materials, communication inputs, risk tracking and follow-up actions, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated integration experience across the region.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support country-level Total Rewards integration analysis, including benefit reviews, side-by-side comparisons, recommendations and documentation of decisions.
  • Create and maintain country-level inventories of Benefits and Total Rewards programs to support integration planning and harmonization.
  • Develop Day 1 readiness materials, including country readiness packs, implementation plans, checklists, issue logs and communication inputs.
  • Track decisions, risks, dependencies, actions, owners, timelines and escalation items to support effective governance and execution.
  • Partner with Regional Total Rewards Leaders and stakeholders on updates to policies, handbooks, employee communications, vendor documentation and process materials.
  • Coordinate Day 1 readiness and execution across people, systems, processes, data, payroll, vendors, communications and governance.
  • Support post-Day 1 and post-EMA harmonization activities, including implementation plans for approved actions.
  • Support country-level rollout of Compensation program changes, ensuring local readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication support and implementation tracking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
