About the Role
BERO is looking for a UK Brand Manager to lead the local execution of our marketing strategy across the UK market. Sitting at the intersection of Brand, Commercial and Communications, this role will ensure BERO shows up consistently and meaningfully across retail, hospitality, PR, events, and community touchpoints.
Working closely with the Global Marketing team and UK Commercial Director, you'll adapt global campaigns for the UK market while identifying local opportunities that continue to build awareness, trial, and brand love. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution and is excited to help build one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the UK.
What You'll Do
UK Brand Marketing
- Lead local execution of global marketing campaigns across the UK.
- Develop UK-specific marketing initiatives that support commercial priorities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all UK consumer touchpoints.
- Identify cultural moments and local opportunities to increase brand relevance.
Trade Marketing & Commercial Support
- Partner closely with the UK Commercial Director and Sales team to support retail and on-premise growth.
- Develop retailer and customer-specific marketing materials.
- Execute local shopper marketing initiatives and account activations.
- Support distributor and customer presentations with commercial marketing assets.
- Coordinate UK sampling programs across retail and hospitality.

PR & Communications
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead for BERO's UK agency partners.
- Manage local PR calendar and media opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches, press mailers, and media gifting.
- Support founder, talent, and partnership moments in the UK market.
- Help identify earned media opportunities that reinforce BERO's positioning.
Events & Community
- Lead BERO's UK events calendar, including consumer activations, hospitality events, retail launches, and community experiences.
- Identify local partnerships and grassroots opportunities that build brand affinity.
- Coordinate event logistics, agency partners, and local vendors.
- Build relationships with key influencers, tastemakers, and community partners across the UK.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary marketing partner to the UK Commercial team.
- Work closely with Global Marketing, Creative, Digital, PR, and Brand Activation teams to localize campaigns for the UK market.
- Share UK market insights, consumer feedback, and competitive intelligence with the global organization.
- Ensure alignment between UK commercial priorities and global brand strategy.

What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, PR, experiential marketing, or consumer marketing.
- Experience working with beverage, hospitality, food, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of the UK retail and hospitality landscape.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience launching or scaling brands in the UK market.
- Existing relationships across UK media, hospitality, or beverage industries.
- Experience managing PR agencies.
- Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, culture, and experiential marketing.
