The Company
Our client is a leading advisory firm with a well-established Transaction Services practice, advising private equity investors, corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of UK and cross-border transactions. Due to continued growth and an active deal pipeline, they are looking to appoint a Manager or Assistant Manager to strengthen their Financial Due Diligence team.

The Role
You'll play a key role in delivering financial due diligence assignments from planning through to completion, managing client relationships, supporting junior team members and working closely with Directors and Partners on a diverse portfolio of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a variety of sectors
- Review financial performance, earnings, cash flow, net debt and working capital analysis
- Prepare and review high-quality due diligence reports for private equity and corporate clients
- Manage multiple live transactions while maintaining excellent client service
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities

Your Experience
- ACA qualified
- Experience within Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence
- Strong understanding of M&A transactions and due diligence processes
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling and report writing skills
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritise workloads and build client relationships
- Ambitious, commercially minded and looking to develop your career within a growing Deal Advisory practice
