The Role
Reporting to the Transaction Services leadership team, the successful candidate will manage financial due diligence engagements across a range of sectors, working with private equity, corporate and other financial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FDD professional looking for greater responsibility, client exposure and progression within a growing deals team.

About the Role
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Analyse quality of earnings, working capital, net debt and cash flow
- Identify key financial risks, value drivers and transaction considerations
- Manage the preparation and review of FDD reports
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, management teams and other advisers
- Manage multiple deal workstreams and transaction timelines
- Lead, coach and develop junior team members
- Work closely with Partners and Directors on live transactions
- Support proposals, pitches and wider business development activity

Your Experience
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
- Strong Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience
- Experience managing buy-side and sell-side engagements
- Strong knowledge of QoE, working capital and net debt analysis
- Experience managing and developing junior team members
- Excellent financial analysis and report-writing skills
- Strong client and stakeholder management experience
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of M&A transactions
