Company & Function Overview

Checkout.com is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Treasury New Products function within Group Treasury. This team sits at the critical intersection of product development, commercial strategy, and treasury risk management & execution. Acting as a strategic conduit between product/engineering teams and treasury subject matter experts (SMEs) across multiple disciplines, this team ensures new product initiatives globally—from greenfield launches to complex payment flows—are financially sound, scalable, and compliant.

As Checkout.com expands its ecosystem, this role will serve as the primary driver and subject-matter expert for digital assets related initiatives from a Treasury perspective. Over time, the role holder will also build a deep, end-to-end understanding of Checkout’s broader infrastructure and product stack, enabling holistic, cross-domain strategic thinking and long-term portfolio diversification.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be the gateway between Product and Treasury, translating innovative product ideas into methodologies, pragmatic design of processes and putting them into practices.

Global Crypto & Blockchain Initiative Leadership across two dimensions:

  • You will act as the dedicated Treasury partner to enable Product-led crypto and digital asset initiatives, while also directly leading Treasury-driven digital asset native projects driving transformation and optimisation.
  • While taking primary ownership of the digital asset roadmap, you will actively expand your expertise across Checkout’s core non-crypto infrastructure and product stack to ensure seamless integration with the fiat payments ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
