Manager in Treasury Systems Advisory

As a Manager in Treasury Systems Advisory, you'll lead the way in providing expert advice on treasury systems within the professional services sector. You'll play a key role in helping clients optimise their financial operations and ensure smooth system implementation and management.

Description

As a Manager within the Treasury Systems Advisory team, you will lead Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and transformation projects for large corporate and multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end Treasury Management System implementation projects.
  • Managing the full project lifecycle, including:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Blueprint/design workshops
    • Process mapping
    • System configuration
    • Testing and UAT
    • Training
    • Go-live delivery
    • Post-implementation support
  • Advising clients on treasury technology solutions and recommending the most appropriate systems based on business requirements.
  • Supporting treasury transformation, optimisation and automation initiatives.
  • Managing project plans, budgets, governance and delivery timelines.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders including Treasurers, CFOs and Finance Leadership teams.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders across the wider business.
  • Leading and developing teams of approximately 4-5 consultants and analysts.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting firm-wide growth objectives.
  • Collaborating with international teams and managing projects across multiple time zones.
  • Occasional international travel where required.

Profile

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Strong Treasury Systems expertise, ideally across Kyriba, Integrity, GTreasury or similar leading platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience leading TMS transformation, optimisation or implementation projects within complex corporate environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with Treasurers, CFOs, Finance leaders and other senior decision-makers.
  • Previous people management experience, including leading and developing teams of approximately 4-5 consultants, analysts or project resources.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes.
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of project budgets, profitability and client delivery.
  • Experience working across multiple workstreams, managing competing priorities and delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Consultancy experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A collaborative and leadership-focused approach, with a passion for mentoring junior team members and supporting team growth.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary between £80,000 and £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
