Join Our Team as a Manager, Vendor Management, home-based in any the following countries: Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, UK.
As part of our CDS department teams you will be working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
Role Overview
The Manager, Vendor Management will lead governance, oversight and performance management activities for an assigned vendor portfolio, ensuring vendors deliver quality, value and compliance while supporting business objectives and enterprise Vendor Management goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned vendor portfolios and governance activities.
- Lead vendor performance reviews, business reviews and escalation activities.
- Manage vendor qualification and lifecycle oversight, including onboarding, renewals and offboarding.
- Manage vendor risks and support mitigation activities.
- Support cost control, benchmarking and optimisation initiatives.
- Manage commercial reviews and optimisation opportunities within the vendor and supplier portfolio.
- Support contract governance and commercial reviews.
- Analyse and report on portfolio risks, trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to portfolio optimisation and preferred supplier initiatives.
- Support implementation of Vendor Management processes, standards and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- +6/7 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Operations, Quality or related functions.
- Experience managing supplier or vendor relationships.
- Experience leading governance and performance management activities.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills.
