MANAGERIAL OPPORTUNITY

(Store Leadership — Bershka UK)

Who we are

Bershka is part of the Inditex family of brands, within one of the world’s leading fashion retail groups, with global brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Lefties.

Bershka is all about trend-led style, energy and self-expression — with fast-moving product and a store experience that’s bold, dynamic and customer-first. At Inditex, how we work is what sets us apart: teamwork, respect, curiosity and sustainability, with people at the center of every success.

The role

We are looking for strong retail leaders to join Bershka in a range of managerial opportunities across our stores. Whether your strength is commercial leadership, people development, operations, product flow or customer experience, this is an opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, high-energy brand.

As part of the store leadership team, you’ll help drive performance, motivate teams and keep the store moving with pace and purpose. You’ll use commercial insight, clear communication and strong organisation to turn priorities into action — especially during busy trading moments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
