Cyber security is a critical business issue. Organisations are navigating an increasingly complex threat and regulatory landscape while transforming their businesses, adopting new technologies and seeking to grow with confidence. The choices they make about cyber risk can directly affect resilience, customer trust, regulatory outcomes and the ability to deliver on their strategic priorities.

Deloitte’s Cyber practice helps organisations make those choices and turn them into action. We bring together cyber, technology, transformation and industry expertise to help clients understand their most important risks, define the right response and deliver sustainable change. You’ll join a market-leading UK Cyber practice of more than 450 people, within Deloitte’s broader Technology & Transformation business.

Connect to your opportunity

As a Manager or Senior Manager in Cyber Strategy & Transformation, you will help clients solve complex cyber problems while taking responsibility for high-quality delivery, trusted client relationships and the development of our people and business. The scale of your leadership and commercial responsibility will reflect your experience and grade.

At Senior Manager level, you will also take a visible role in the market and in the growth of our practice. You will lead significant client relationships and engagements, shape propositions and go-to-market activity, create opportunities across Deloitte’s wider network, and help set the direction of our Cyber Strategy & Transformation business.

  • Lead client engagements or significant workstreams from problem definition through to recommendation and delivery, bringing structure to complex and ambiguous challenges.
  • Build credibility with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, risk leaders and business executives, translating technical and risk issues into clear business implications, choices and actions.
  • Draw on your experience in one or more of our core areas, working with colleagues across cyber strategy and risk, cyber transformation and delivery, and cyber governance and operating models to develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, setting direction, maintaining quality, managing delivery risk and creating an environment in which people can perform and develop.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients, identify and shape opportunities, and contribute to compelling proposals, pursuits and commercial conversations. At Senior Manager level, you will increasingly be expected to originate opportunities, lead significant pursuits and commercial discussions.
  • Help shape and grow our Cyber Strategy & Transformation business by developing propositions, building market profile, coaching colleagues and bringing together expertise from across Deloitte.
  • Use technology, data and AI thoughtfully to improve how we work and the outcomes we deliver for clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
