Consultant / Managing Consultant – Retail & FMCG

Location: UK, Hybrid (London preferred — Aldwych office; candidates outside London also considered, see note below)

Salary: £40,000–£100,000+ depending on level and experience, plus bonus schemes

We're hiring across two levels — Consultant and Managing Consultant — and welcome applications from candidates at either stage of their career.

Eligibility & Application

  • Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this role.
  • London-based candidates with UK work authorisation are strongly preferred, as this is a hybrid role with the expectation of attending our Aldwych office and travelling to London as required.
  • Please do not apply if you do not have relevant experience in retail merchandising, business transformation, or consulting. We are specifically looking for candidates with a genuine background in at least one or, ideally, a combination of these areas.
  • Candidates based outside London may be considered if they are already UK-based, have the right to work in the UK, and are willing and able to travel to London when required.
  • Applicants based outside the UK or requiring visa sponsorship or relocation support are kindly requested not to apply.

If you're interested and meet the above criteria, please share your profile along with all relevant details to yesu.antony@benchtalentcloud.com.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
