Senior Consultant – Business Analyst
Practice: Transformation & Change

Delta Capita is supporting a leading Wealth Management organisation through a major integration and transformation programme following a recent acquisition. The programme spans multiple business workstreams, including Governance & Oversight, Proposition & Products, and Financial Planning operating model transformation.
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to work alongside Project Managers and senior business stakeholders, supporting the successful integration of processes, operating models, governance frameworks, products, and customer propositions across the organisation.
This is a client-facing role suited to Business Analysts who can operate independently, engage effectively with stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and bring structure to complex transformation initiatives within Financial Services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct impact assessments across business functions, operating models, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to support programme delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, working groups, and stakeholder discussions across business and operational teams.
- Support current-state assessments and future-state process design activities.
- Identify and document risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.
- Work closely with Programme Managers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define and implement business change.
- Support operating model transition activities and business readiness planning.
- Analyse and map business processes, customer journeys, and operational workflows.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, impacts, and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Support governance forums, reporting, and programme mobilisation activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the programme team.

Essential Experience
- Demonstrable Business Analyst experience delivering business change and transformation programmes.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience conducting business impact assessments and process analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and operational functions.
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving requirements definition activities.
- Experience supporting operating model, process, or organisational change initiatives.
- Experience working within Financial Services or other regulated industries.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently within complex and evolving environments.
Desirable Experience
- Wealth Management experience.
- Financial Planning or Financial Advice transformation programmes.
- Private Banking or Investment Management environments.
- Acquisition, merger, or integration programme experience.
- Governance, oversight, risk, or control framework initiatives.
- Proposition, product, or pricing transformation programmes.
- Target Operating Model (TOM) or business operating model design.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working alongside consulting teams and senior business stakeholders.

This is a permanent full-time position located in London. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
