🚀 Managing Consultant – Data & AI

Location: London
Frequency: 2-3x a week
Salary: Competitive & Negotiable DOE

Are you an experienced Data & AI consultant who can combine strong technical expertise with strategic leadership, client management, and team development?

We’re looking for a Managing Consultant with circa 7 years’ relevant experience to lead complex Data & AI engagements, shape client strategy, and help organizations turn data and emerging AI technologies into measurable business value.

This is a role for someone who is technically confident and credible, but who can also step back from the detail to provide strategic direction, lead teams, and influence senior stakeholders.

🔍 What we're looking for:

  • Circa 7 years' relevant experience across Data, AI, analytics, or consulting
  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning
  • Technical confidence in Python and modern data/AI technologies
  • Experience across customer, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics
  • Strong understanding of CX, customer data, and digital analytics
  • Experience leading AI/ML POCs, MVPs, and production-grade solutions
  • Ability to move between hands-on technical delivery and strategic leadership
  • Proven project, programme, and people management experience
  • Strong commercial experience across RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, costing, and client negotiation
  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identifying new opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills
  • A strong interest in emerging developments across AI, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI
