The Opportunity
Our Manchester City Centre office is growing rapidly — ambitious, collaborative, and full of energy. With exciting expansion plans already underway, we’re looking for a Managing Consultant to play a key role in the next stage of growth.
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity suited to someone with experience across SEND, Primary, or Secondary Education, alongside a strong 360 temporary recruitment background. You’ll take ownership of a HOT desk with huge potential while working closely with leadership to help drive branch performance, support consultant development, and contribute to wider business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a high-performing 360 temporary desk
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating consultants within the education division
- Driving both personal and wider team performance
- Building long-term relationships with schools and education providers
- Working alongside leadership on growth strategy and market opportunities
- Sharing best practice and helping develop less experienced recruiters
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards are consistently maintained
