We are a specialist recruitment consultancy with a growing Real Estate & Construction desk covering major projects across the Middle East with a focus on Saudi Arabia. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our Central London office and help drive the next phase of expansion.

The Role

This is a hybrid billing/leadership position for a driven recruitment professional who can combine hands-on business development with strong people management. You'll lead a small team of consultants while continuing to build and manage your own client relationships across the Real Estate & Construction sector in Saudi and The Middle East.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants, driving performance and best practice
  • Proactively business develop new client accounts across the Middle East real estate and construction market
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on talent solutions
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, from search through to placement
  • Travel regularly to the Middle East to meet clients, attend site visits, and build market presence
  • Contribute to strategic planning and desk growth, with a genuine path toward relocating to the region as the desk expands

About You

  • Proven recruitment experience within Real Estate, Construction, or a closely related built-environment sector
  • Demonstrable success in business development – you know how to open doors and win new business
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of consultants
  • Comfortable with regular international travel and open to relocating to the Middle East in the future
  • Strong understanding of Middle East markets (Gulf/GCC experience highly advantageous)
  • Resilient, commercially minded, and motivated by targets and team success
