About MindSearch Medical

MindSearch Medical is a specialist permanent recruitment consultancy supporting private healthcare and adult social care providers. Already established in the French healthcare market, we are now expanding our activity in the UK and are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to lead this development.

The role

This is a hands-on position combining business development, permanent recruitment delivery, and team management. You will develop relationships with private healthcare and adult social care providers across the UK, manage recruitment assignments from start to finish, and supervise our existing Junior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, who is fully bilingual in English and French.

The role focuses on private and independent care providers rather than NHS recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new client relationships across the UK private healthcare and adult social care markets.
  • Generating permanent recruitment assignments through proactive business development and networking.
  • Managing the full recruitment process, from client briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Building long-term relationships with care groups, independent providers, and multisite operators.
  • Recruiting management, clinical leadership, and operational professionals.
  • Advising clients on salaries, candidate availability, and market conditions.
  • Managing, coaching, and supporting a Junior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant.
  • Contributing to the growth and visibility of MindSearch Medical in the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
